Surveillance Services

AGMA is the proactive alternative for all your surveillance and security services. Our armed and unarmed security guards are qualified and trained for patrol, protection of facilities and property, and security of personnel, residents, employees, visitors, clients, and workers.

All our Officers have:

• The appropriate required training, instruction, and certification for the services assigned.

• Security Guard License issued by the Puerto Rico Police Department according to law 108 -- June 29, 1965.

• Criminal Record Certificate. 

• Digital Identification.

• Regular Dope Test.

• Uniform and Equipment, as required.

To guarantee quality control and service excellence, AGMA also has continuous supervision through computerized verification of patrol systems, frequent post audits, reports, and logbook entries. 

 

Commercial

• Uniformed and Civilian Guards, armed and unarmed for general security, controlled access, and public events.

• Preventive surveillance patrols on foot, bicycle, motorcycle, ATV, or other motorized vehicles.

• Internal investigations and electronic monitoring of personnel with the most up-to-date technology.

 

Residential 

• Static surveillance at controlled access points with a record of visits and personnel registry.

K9 Patrol and Detection units  

We have 12 K-9 patrol and detection units, and the Canine Detection Training for training in obedience, detection of narcotics, explosives, and firearms, search & rescue, vigilance, bodyguard, evidence search, service dogs, and security sweeps.

Our K-9 Security and Law Enforcement services offer clients the option to supplement their security operations with a K-9 Officer:

• Detecting drugs, weapons, or explosives in social activities

• Support as part of an escort group

• Monitoring High-value Property and Facilities  

 

Private & Forensic Investigations and Law Enforcement through AGMA Security Service Inc. partner company.

Our investigations team is formed by Private and Forensic Investigators of the highest caliber, licensed by all the regulatory agencies and the Puerto Rico Police Department. This licensed personnel is trained in the most up-to-date technology and equipment to assist as experts in investigations and counsel in criminal cases.

We offer Civil and Criminal Investigations, Finger Printing, and Criminal Record certificates, among other services.

 

Instruction and Training Academy 

At AGMA, we provide the required preparation and education for a proactive, qualified, and adequate response during emergencies and day-to-day situations. In addition to complying with all state and law-required certifications and pieces of training for our officials, we have a wide variety of training options from the Tactical Operations Association of Latin America, available to other guards and security professionals. 

We also offer education for the public in Security Against Theft, Assault, and Attacks; offering reactive and preventive techniques, while considering necessary actions to aid in the escape and preservation of life.
